Kansas City artists Carmen Moreno and Amos Leager collaboratively designed a tent that used a pin hole camera they created to view the Transit of Venus. They set up the tent on the Palace lawn for a viewing. Kansas City artists’ Matt Gladson, Polly Wilson, and Sammy Freese came to view the transit and visit the Palace for the evening.
